First step: our team does the whole design and layout process to bring your custom rug project to life. We create the layout and send it to you to review and approve, based on your interest.

Machine production phase
After approval of the layout and design of your custom rug, our team requests the manufacturing department to produce your project. In 9 to 10 business days, your rug will be delivered to your address.
