HOOP POLICIES

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Production steps, timing, quality control, shipping methods, costs, delivery responsibilities, inspection, and carrier claims.

Delivery commitment

Last updated October 12, 2026. HoOp Customized offers delivery to the customer’s designated address within 10 days after both the order and payment have been confirmed.

Production process and start conditions

The process may include a quote, consultation, artwork review, mockup or proof, customer approval, payment confirmation, material preparation, manufacturing, quality control, packaging, and shipping or delivery.

Production begins only after required approvals, information, and payment are received.

Timing, rush requests, and delays

Production timing may vary with size, complexity, material availability, design needs, quantity, schedule, approval speed, payment, quality control, seasonal demand, and destination. The confirmed 10-day delivery commitment above begins after both the order and payment are confirmed; HoOp does not describe those 10 days as business or calendar days.

Rush production may be available and may require additional fees, but it is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Delays can result from late approval, incomplete artwork, payment delay, material shortage, equipment maintenance, quality review, supplier or carrier disruption, weather, high volume, or events outside HoOp’s control. HoOp will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

Quality control

Before shipment, HoOp may review general appearance, logo placement, dimensions, finishing, material condition, packaging readiness, and order accuracy. Quality control does not make every minor variation a defect; normal differences may occur in handmade, custom, printed, dyed, cut, or fabricated products.

Delivery methods, partners, and costs

Delivery may use third-party carriers, freight, local delivery partners, customer pickup when available, or commercial logistics providers. HoOp works with trusted partners including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, but no carrier is guaranteed for a particular order. Method availability depends on size, destination, carrier availability, and order requirements. Shipping charges may be quoted separately and may depend on dimensions, weight, destination, speed, freight needs, package count, insurance options, and special handling.

Address accuracy, inspection, and risk

Customers must provide complete delivery information, including business and recipient names, street and suite, city, state or province, postal code, country, phone number, and instructions. HoOp is not responsible for delay, failed delivery, return fees, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Inspect packages at delivery. If packaging appears damaged, photograph it before opening, note visible damage with the carrier when possible, keep all packaging, and contact HoOp promptly with the order number and photos. Risk of loss may transfer when the order is delivered to the carrier or the customer’s address, depending on agreed shipping terms, and transit delay, loss, or damage may follow carrier claim procedures. Contact HoOp promptly; applicable claim deadlines may depend on the carrier and circumstances.
