HOOP POLICIES

Terms of Use

Terms governing website use, quotes, orders, payments, custom products, returns, intellectual property, and official communications.

Acceptance and services

Last updated October 12, 2026. By accessing the website, requesting a quote, submitting artwork, approving a design, placing an order, or using HoOp Customized services, you agree to these terms. Services may include consultation, design assistance, digital mockups, custom commercial rug and mat production, delivery coordination, post-order support, and reorder assistance.

Customer responsibilities and website use

Customers must provide accurate and timely contact, billing, shipping, dimension, artwork, color, placement, and project information. HoOp Customized is not responsible for issues or extra costs caused by incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misleading information.

The website may not be used for unauthorized access, malicious uploads, interference, unlawful activity, false submissions, unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automated tools.

Product information and service decisions

Product descriptions, images, specifications, mockups, and previews are provided in good faith. Appearance may vary because of screens, lighting, textures, manufacturing tolerances, dye or print variation, file quality, and project requirements.

HoOp Customized may refuse, cancel, or suspend service for unlawful, offensive, or infringing artwork; incomplete payment or information; technical infeasibility; suspected fraud or abuse; unavailable resources; or policy violations.

Payment terms

Available payment methods may include card, bank or ACH transfer, digital platforms, invoices, or another approved method, and availability may vary. An order is confirmed only after HoOp Customized confirms the order and payment. Deposits or full payment may be required before design work, sourcing, production, shipment, or delivery. Written milestones may apply to large orders. Late payment may delay, suspend, or cancel a production slot. Pricing errors may be corrected before fulfillment. Unless a quote states otherwise, applicable taxes, duties, customs, brokerage, and delivery surcharges are the customer’s responsibility. Customers should contact HoOp before initiating a payment dispute.

Returns, refunds, and issue review

Because products are made to order, returns are generally not accepted for a change of mind, customer-selected size, customer-approved design error, unsupported color expectation, rebranding, duplicate order, no longer needing the product, or minor normal variation. HoOp may consider repair, reproduction, replacement, credit, discount, partial refund, or full refund when a confirmed manufacturing defect, material mismatch with approved specifications, wrong item, wrong shipment, pre-carrier damage, or HoOp production error is established. Report a problem promptly with the order number, delivery date, description, photos, packaging photos when relevant, and approved proof or confirmation. HoOp may require inspection, measurements, video, return, packaging retention, carrier review, or use details. Contact HoOp promptly for instructions and the timing that applies to the order and circumstances.

Liability and updates

To the extent permitted by law, HoOp Customized limits responsibility for indirect loss, lost profit, business interruption, installation errors, misuse, improper maintenance, third-party carrier delays, reasonable color or manufacturing variation, customer-approved errors, and problems caused by low-resolution files. These terms may be updated and posted with a new revision date. Applicable law controls any conflict with these terms.

Brand and intellectual property

HoOp Customized retains rights in its website content, product photos and descriptions, brand identity, mockup templates, layouts, graphics, marketing assets, internal production files, methods, policies, and other owned materials. Customers retain ownership of submitted logos and brand assets and grant HoOp limited permission to use them for quotes, mockups, production, order communication, quality control, reorders, support, and internal production records. Customers warrant that submitted content is owned or authorized and agree not to submit infringing or prohibited material. HoOp may reject such work. Unless confidentiality is requested in writing before production or delivery, HoOp may use completed-product images in its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, case studies, sales presentations, or internal training.

Official communications

Official channels include commercial@hoopcustomized.com, the website contact form, and 626 N Alafaya Trail, Suite 206, Orlando, FL 32828, United States. Active-order messages should include the order number, customer and company names, purchase email, phone number when available, a clear request, and supporting files or photos. Design approvals, production approvals, major changes, and cancellation requests should be in writing. Urgent labels do not guarantee an immediate response, rush production, or expedited delivery unless HoOp confirms that commitment in writing. HoOp may limit communication involving harassment, threats, abuse, fraud, discrimination, unreasonable demands, or support-channel misuse.
